        1 All In a Day Tours is both a day tour and a charter bus company. The day tour side of the business is neglected. A brochure is in the market place

but is in need of follow-through. A few exclusive tours, combined with renewed enthusiasm towards the regular tours could see this side of the business easily

increase. One exclusive tour is currently in the early stages of development.

    The charter bus side of the business is healthy, with many repeat jobs from schools, private groups, government work and off-loads from other coach

companies in Cairns.

    Currently there are two main contracts which utilize buses in the 24 seater and 53 seater ranges and includes the contract-specific 71 seater.

    All In A Day operates from rented premises in North Cairns, close to the CBD. A lease would have to be negotiated if the buyer wished to remain there.

    The business turns over approx. one million dollars annually.

    The owner is tired after 11 years in the industry in Cairns and this is reflected in the price. A non-negotiable $395,000 plus the payout figures for the vehicles.

    The buses are shown below and may be sold individually prior to any sale of the business.
